PDOP Now Accepting Contributors

Wanted: A Few Good Contributors For PDOP.

If you have a passion for Politics and the ability to critically think about the impact of the policies and policymakers shaping today's economic and national security debate, then consider becoming a contributor for PDOP.

I am not just looking for anyone, but rather those select few who understand the need for critical thinking and can bring a historical, and fact-based perspective to today's hot issues.

Requirements:

• Ability to commit 2 or more posts per week on relevant content for PDOP.


• Prefer policy specific contributors, on topics such as Homeland Security, Foreign Policy, US War News (events occurring in Iraq & Iran), Economic News, Taxation, Broken Borders/Immigration Reform, or other topics.


• Contributors with a commitment to checking their facts and providing specific evidence to support their views.


• Ability to be an "Equal Opportunity Offender" by examining the taking on both established parties or their politicians when they act in their own best interest versus that of their constituents.


• Ability to self-promote articles and drive article traffic.

What we can provide:

• If accepted as a contributor, you have full editorial control over your publishing. I will not edit your content and posts require no approval. You write on the topics of your choosing, and publish when you choose. The objective of PDOP is to bring historical and fact-based perspectives to issues, not to limit free-speech or the liberties of our contributors in order to serve a personal agenda.


• Recognition - Since inception in May 2008, PDOP has attracted more than 800,000 unique visitors and 1.7 million page views. However, much of this activity occurred during the 2008 elections and other obligations caused a leave of absence from writing during the first few months of this year. We want to build a sustainable site dedicated to common sense, the upholding of the principles of our Founding Fathers and the advancement of liberty.


• Future Revenue Sharing - As traffic and revenue for the site increases, it will lead to an equal revenue sharing with contributors. We have the opportunity to build a world-class outlet for Political news and commentary.
